Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager at UniGuides, you will lead our entire marketing function and play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategy, driving lead generation, and positioning UniGuides as Pakistan's premier visa and education consultancy.
This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our ambitious growth objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2C marketing within education, travel, or professional services sectors, combined with strong analytical capabilities and the vision to build a category-defining brand.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing plans with clear KPIs, budgets, and ROI targets.

Brand Leadership: Define and evolve UniGuides' brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital channels including SEO/SEM, social media, and paid campaigns.

Lead Generation: Design and optimize funnels to drive qualified inquiries for visa services.

Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team of 8-12 professionals.

Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with universities and embassies.

Analytics & Reporting: Implement robust analytics and provide performance insights to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
📈 Experience
- 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience
- 3+ years in managerial or leadership role
- Education, travel, or consulting background preferred
- Proven track record of driving growth
💻 Technical Skills
- Expert in Google Analytics, Meta & Google Ads
- Proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong SEO/SEM expertise
- Data-driven decision making

🎓 Education
